Tips Regarding Obesity

  • Always have a great attitude!
  • Loose weight for yourself not for someone else
  • Losing weight takes time so dont be discourage with tiny results
  • Just block all the negative things people say about you. If they think your overweight, then dont believe it. Everyone is perfect just the way they are and no one needs to be discriminated because of a minor flaw.
